Safe & Responsible Gaming
Your protection is our priority at 999ok
999ok believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not a cause of stress or worry. Our responsible gaming policy helps keep you safe and well.
What is responsible gaming and why is it important?
Online gaming is a leisure activity that can be enjoyable when approached in the right way. But when gaming becomes a habit and starts to have a negative impact on other areas of life, it becomes a matter of concern.
At 999ok, we believe that every player's safety and well-being matters more than our business. That is why we provide a number of effective responsible gaming tools and resources — so you can always stay in control.
Responsible gaming means playing consciously, within a set budget, and for a defined amount of time. It takes care of not only your financial safety but also your mental health.

999ok's Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much money you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. During this time your account will be completely inactive and you will not receive any promotional messages.
Session Time Control
Set a time limit for how long you play in one session. When the set time is up, an automatic alert will appear — so you can keep track of time.
Review Gaming History
View your complete transaction and gaming activity history at any time. Understanding your own patterns makes it easier to make informed decisions.
