1. Introduction & Acceptance

999ok (referred to in this document as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "999ok") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. By using this website or app, registering an account, or participating in any game or service, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently supported at 999ok are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

• Deposits must always be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Before depositing, make sure you are using the correct amount and the correct payment channel.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 999ok reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

999ok offers new players a 150% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• Applies to the first deposit only, not subsequent deposits.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• The bonus must be used within a specified period after being credited to the account.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

999ok reserves the right to detect any bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or risk-free betting strategies. If such activity is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

999ok's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). You can advance to higher tiers by playing consistently and remaining active. 999ok reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or giving your account to someone else.
• Using software or bots to play games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.
• Submitting false identity or documents.

5.2 Fair Play Guarantee

999ok uses SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that every game result is completely impartial and unpredictable. Ensuring fair play is our highest priority.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Our Rights

999ok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Due to technical issues.

6.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If pending bonus conditions have not been met at the time of closure, the relevant bonus amount will be cancelled; however, the original deposit will be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

999ok provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party systems or payment gateways.

• Account information being compromised due to user negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed your net deposit amount over the past 30 days.

All content on the 999ok platform — logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audio-visual elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 999ok or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or scraping any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Screenshots or recordings are permitted for personal use, but may not be shared publicly.
